Our Mission
To
follow God's will for our lives so that we can serve Him in all we do,
go wherever He leads, and share His amazing love with those around us.

Out on IE island, the fields of lilies are everywhere.
They also have greenhouses with all sorts of different varieties and colors.
Farmers are harvesting tobacco in a way I'd never seen before.
The shoreline reminded me of Hawaii
with all the coral and different colors of water.
The island is a half hour by ferry off the coast of Okinawa and
is like going to the country with the farms, fields, and livestock!
We had a great time riding our bikes around on the back country roads
as there was very little traffic and you could loop the
whole island in about an hour.

These past two months, we have been able to complete several projects. Since I seem to be painting a corner of the world where ever we are, I couldn't let a chance go by here to put up another mural! I was able to paint a way cool Outer Space theme for the 4th and 5th grade classrooms at Calvary Chapel Okinawa. I'll get pictures up when I get them back!
Our mission partners in Cusco, Peru, and Guayllabama, Ecuador have both reported great growth in their mission churches, with many people coming to know the Lord and getting involved in Bible study classes. We continue to pray for leaders to come forward to help these families to spread the work around and take over some of the pastoral roles. We will continue to provide them with Bibles and resources to help them grow throughout the coming year.
This is out our balcony window as God spent time sharing a glimpse of heaven with me. There is nothing that can compare to feeling the presence of God surrounding you and His love overflowing into your heart.

Praises
- God continues to bless Cusco with another leader coming forward to start a mission in a nearby town. We were about to provide funding for the sound system that they report is providing great music and sound in the plazas on the weekends.
- Job opportunities for Steve and I in the states look like they will both work out!
Prayer
- Financial support to help the pastor in Guayllabamba with his transportation problems
- Direction with helping the family provide funds for a college education for their oldest daughter
- Our next trip to Ecuador to help with new construction and pickup Bibles to send to Peru
- Final preparations to leave Japan and return to the states that we stay in God's will and continue the missions and projects He has for us in His name
