Quito is our home base and when we are there, we work with El Batan, a local evangelical church. They have set up a program in the local park with the city where children that live in the streets, up to the age of 12, can come and receive help with the phsyical needs. The church ministers to them spiritually as well and is setting up a sponsor program for each of the kids. For $30 a month you can sponsor a child that is living in the streets of Quito and provide clean clothing, food, school supplies,and help them learn skills to change their lives.
